Made-to-Order Artisan Sandwiches
#1 The Italian-
- Capicola, Soppressata, Genoa, and Provolone. Served with shaved lettuce, sliced tomatoes, and onions on a long roll with our oil and vinegar blend.
#2 Roast Beef
- Pepper crusted roast beef with provolone, horseradish mayo, shredded lettuce, tomato and caramelized onions. Served on a long roll.
#3 Turkey
-Slow roasted turkey breast sliced thin and paired with provolone, herb mayo, shredded lettuce, Sliced tomato and onion.
#6 Tarragon Chicken salad
-Tender roasted chicken, diced apples, grapes, celery, and red onion. combined with a savory tarragon aioli and served with baby arugula and sliced tomato
#7 Pulled Pork
- Hardwood smoked in house until tender and hand pulled and piled high on a Brioche round roll with bbq aioi, provolone cheese.
#8 Smoked Brisket
- Tender hardwood smoked brisket sliced thinly and simmered in our red wine sauce then placed on top of baby arugula, provolone cheese, and horseradish mayo.

- Juicy meatballs simmered in our famous marinara sauce with provolone cheese, oregano, and grated parm. Served on a long roll.
