Smoked Pork with Creamy Aged Cheddar Polenta (Italian Grits)
Smoked over Cured Hickory and Cherry wood for 14 hours and falling off the bone, then pulled by hand and cooked for a second time in our house made BBQ sauce. Served with a generous portion of rich and delicious Cheesy Polenta.
Paired with a Quart of Black Bean, Roasted Corn and Mango Salad. And Freshly baked bread.
