Summer Shrimp Scampi with Veggie pasta
Tender shrimp sauteed in garlic, lemon, and shallots. Finely sliced summer vegetable "pasta".
All brought together in a bright sauce made with Pinot Grigio, rich Spanish olive oil, grated Romano cheese and fresh herbs.
Served with a crisp salad made with arugula, dandelion, endive, red grapes and candied walnuts. Topped with shaved Manchego.
