Tortellini stuffed with cheese, smothered in a Vodka Blush Sauce made with Mane lobster stock and tossed with fresh bay scallops and tender shrimp, blue claw crab meat, hand shucked corn, and loaded with Pecerino Romano cheese, sauteed baby tomatoes and Roasted peppers..
